Who We Are.

The Institute for Regulatory Analysis and Engagement (IRAE) is a non-partisan, academic public policy organization dedicated to assessing the impacts of proposed rules and other regulatory proceedings on individual economic sectors and the U.S. economy as a whole.

Founded in 2021, IRAE also assesses the efficacy of regulatory proposals and whether these proposals comply with the federal laws that require the examination of regulatory burdens on small businesses and the minimization of paperwork.

IRAE also focuses its work on whether proposed regulations comply with executive orders on property rights, transparency, and accountability.
