On June 15, 2022, IRAE submitted public comments to the SEC on its proposed rule, The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. We are deeply troubled that the Commission is undertaking this rulemaking. IRAE believes that this massive proposed rule is outside the scope of the SEC’s delegated authority.
